黑石城在318国道2913公桩左边的祝桑乡境内。

据说这里是一处神秘的宗教圣地，山上遍布的黑色经石是由早年在当地修行的喇嘛背石垒砌而成，也有人说此山是300年前部落之间征战的要塞，现仅余荒凉废墟。
