The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. However, in a Chinese restaurants, if you try to order a Beijing Duck, the waiter wouldn't know what you are trying to order though. + A+ K* R5 P5 I( }( `7 R0 Q( A

' T! b3 n. ~# |) Z8 K) p& u& e5.39.217.77:8898The first one is either from the Sydney Botanic Garden or at the Hyde Park, they are both very nice spots to relax and have a leisurely sunbake during the lunch break for many Sydneysiders.

Followed by two photos of the snow fields at Perisher Valley, not much snow yet, give it another 4 to 5 weeks, then it would be right into the skiing season.
6 H* c3 Z7 w* d `/ MThen there are the Bondi Beach, if you venture to the eastern side, well, there you will find a lot of women sunbaking topless; no fuss, as men do it all the time., X0 K2 @2 y9 H- N2 x; x8 b
Then we are heading north toward central coast up, about an hour and a half drive from Sydney, we get to the a place call The Entrance, a really nice spot, the ranger feed the Pelicans twice a day, quite an interesting sight. Great fish and chips shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nice fishing spot too. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 N+ m- }: B$ V; K6 L+ A$ S' M0 ^; R+ o
Here we are back to Sydney at the St Andrew's Cathedral, an Anglican church next to the Sydney townhall.5.39.217.77:8898, R/ p; J8 y t& X& j. P* z
The last one is specially for the shopaholics. The renovated Queen Victoria Building, there used to be an up market Chinese restaurant inside, but it's now turned into another shop. A very nice shopping arcade.
