Well, this one is Agavea Marginata, grows real easily. Just need a sunny spot, can become huge one though, used a lot for rockery landscaping here.8 y+ o* m( a1 y1 n. P

This is commonly called Hyacinth here, sold in florist as cut flower, has a nice fragrant.  D1 M, N% q$ x$ B
