I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).6 M+ y* {6 P0 x5 E
* c" {/ \' D0 |# k4 t2 o
Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version5.39.217.77:8898; u9 y, D# S# y) U  N" l9 G

5 Z8 f! A4 f& iTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.
- ?' @  z% D; Z1 p3 C$ C- Line completly clear.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
