空氣質素指標 港與歐美澳看齊

環境局局長邱騰華表示，本港的空氣質素指標，不會停滯於世衞的初階標準，新指標會與歐美澳等地區接近，預計年中全面諮詢。對於兩電一旦增加使用較清潔的天然氣作發電能源，電費將會增加，邱騰華表示會實實在在向巿民交代。　　邱騰華昨在《香港家書》中表示，顧問建議的新空氣質素指標不會停滯於世衞初階標準，在七種要控制的污染物中，有三項已設訂在世衞最終標準，餘下的將因應香港實際情況，訂立在世衞的初段及中段指標。他指出，建議中大部分新指標，與歐洲、美國及澳洲等發達地區十分接近，而非坊間所說與發展中地區標準看齊。顧問報告將於五月完成，政府會進行諮詢，廣泛與巿民討論。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% L4 J* d% M: T) V3 `
　　至於增加使用較清潔的天然氣作為發電能源，將令電費增加多少，邱騰華表示，無論最終由納稅人分攤，還是用者自付，都會實實在在向市民交代，政府亦就每項改善空氣質素建議的措施列出成本和得益的分析及比較，包括改善措施對提升公眾健康、減低污染而來的病患所作的量化數值。

the air pollution of hk is only only cause by hk people,

You are totally correct, my friend Cicil, air pollution is caused by the environment of South East Asia, a comprehensive review is deemed to be necessary and imminent by HK and practical/long term solution among  countries should be co-operate and gathered together to main and develop a good living environment for the benefit of the existing and next generation of HK people.
