My BT was older 1.03 version ,if i want update to 1.07,
* A7 I+ [8 {' l* q! Otvb now,tvbnow,bttvbi need uninstall before install a new version??tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- s5 {% y3 N& G3 H! \* e6 }

Nah, I don't think you need to uninstall.  You just need to upgrade.  It normally asks if you want to upgrade to the new version when you open Bitcommit.
