I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' H" W) f1 W  z
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s

so that even though u download very fast,
