i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/stvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( S! s& I; t1 ~% u4 S9 d1 g
i have a quick download rate for non bt file+ n6 }  Y1 [( w, P, n# T: E" R
does my isp block p2p????

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s
