I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s . }: U7 E, |1 u! Y( f
however, there is some problem with thunder9 H* H. M$ M& O3 [8 U7 e$ R# k
for BT5.39.217.77:88988 f- T+ u, ^2 {/ I! F
its downloading and uploading the file to else
! j' m- E1 t8 x) f1 I  h. xtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbbut mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder user' l. T) j# ]! E
