I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s ' Y8 s! U4 Q: j: F" h& S
however, there is some problem with thunder

its downloading and uploading the file to else
