BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，+ P" i7 K2 a" b3 A( r: w
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
6 m" E1 Y( ^& p: s# ^3 P0 ~7 s/ V$ @tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
7 v* Y+ Y1 e3 w+ h2) not many people are down loading the same topic.4 A( [2 R: A& q" F4 m
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
2 U+ w% l  ~; o7 W6 K2 u2 Utvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 6 l' @* a2 R4 M& k. ?% k5 D9 f9 a& d

+ Y0 v: W. k4 h( M2 @公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
