BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.6 b" U  L; E  c
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.77:8898+ O) E( j& k$ n# g
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.$ E+ J& n8 i) l9 ]" f: Z

4) The version , you have is not good.

I'm currently having the same problem.
5 p- l  f4 V; {tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
