BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。& k+ I2 D: w# v+ Z' h
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
% Q+ P- I: v) n+ [3 z7 Q1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( B8 Y5 h+ u$ J4 M
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
: \# L6 F2 c4 E# i3 Z/ q+ Z3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.公仔箱論壇" l3 x0 \; J! p$ I
4) The version , you have is not good.公仔箱論壇) U+ p1 P) V  r5 i% s: n
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
9 V, l7 N' ?% I$ S8 ]4 ?# rI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
