BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.77:88981 k+ `' p! ?$ y: d  t
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth./ W, j0 {- }" y6 v% B

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
! @1 l5 S+ f& n4 `$ K, w% Y% m& s1 @* Utvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4) The version , you have is not good.. ?8 o# s* r$ U( _
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
* e: m$ p7 \2 Mtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.77:88984 F% X9 d2 X& {! l. D

2 `- B2 F+ q! @. _4 f* A: h公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
