BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。& t9 C5 U- U$ [( T0 ]; K3 e8 |
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇) o5 z2 g4 m5 C; [0 g; `+ p
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.  U& s, D! |% y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77:8898$ W2 B; r8 p( f: E, a! }, Z8 x5 k
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
: ~7 W8 y* W( ^. i5 n, G2 OTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
1 j! Z, e# K' I5 N9 x! r" _0 }( L3 C8 j( l5 H; j" m# p* b
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
