BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.77:88982 O5 {/ T- X5 s0 w( D

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.& n5 c+ W5 a% m6 ?) a# K  Y" s
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
' s, e7 u9 [* r2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3 Q' f* e. ~3 I0 s; H4 A# U3 @- q公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

) ~1 g2 y8 c( {% TUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
