BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
0 t$ ]5 z3 q( otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇- J8 O% M8 _  y5 X8 {. n! _
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
/ U; k* U$ H9 e5 Q6 [& @3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
& U! B( Y- G  l/ A, Z/ n" c# f公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
! f( e: O% J3 u! T7 Htvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 P5 o" e& ?) R' Z9 x2 ^3 B' m
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
