BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.77:88988 ^# w4 \, {  {. N- S9 D
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% j  e; Z0 K/ T/ I3 O

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ V2 T2 u/ Q/ X8 _2 A7 K
4) The version , you have is not good.
0 v5 w8 W% y& A5 ]- b. Ptvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
, {6 F2 F+ h, R; I2 P1 W) A+ \# iI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
