BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# t; Q; L/ l, F1 \9 v8 O( n! j" s
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?5.39.217.77:8898& ?% k; `/ Z0 L2 s# m2 C8 n

2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
) M# ^7 o1 t6 B& `; S) }; ~4 B& |+ qI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 z- ?' S3 S8 ^; R7 z8 e" e; ?

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
