BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# `- b; C& O9 J. w" H+ P
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
9 r6 {. W2 n* d& f  w  A8 H* h6 Q9 @* z1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

I'm currently having the same problem.
6 E5 D, Q5 ^7 h: EI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
