BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* H( w+ I. r. @3 K
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.77:88982 L) n& I* I2 z$ O$ b

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' Y8 n6 f3 Y  d" S- u4 ?
4) The version , you have is not good.' s* K8 u; l$ b1 h9 O3 B. k
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
