BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1 z2 i1 P' c) \  k. W: TTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
: A& v( p0 L' H* O# a: ~" V$ o+ X& ltvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇5 [$ S" d- y0 P/ [/ x% o
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got." y3 V7 M3 ^+ \
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% ?$ j) m! y+ Y( Z' t) m: y* C
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
2 @; E* r+ U" l+ t/ P4 N/ `I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. " s3 v; h$ e) k" x7 y/ [; {+ F7 S

# F2 X- V8 n; c/ \: A# _: j公仔箱論壇Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
