[中式食譜] 陳皮汁鴨胸湯飯[1P]

陳皮滷汁:水6杯、生抽1/2杯、老抽1/4杯、冰糖1/3杯、靚陳皮1塊、薑4厚片、紹酒2湯匙。. J7 O! H- x8 A+ K; D' h/ C
Sauce :6 cup Water, 1/2 cup Light soya sauce, 1/4 cup Dark soya sauce, 1/3 cup Rock sugar, 1pc Aged tangerine peel, 4 thick slice Ginger, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine.- b% w+ J* P' D3 o5 O! F+ j: t

1. 陳皮滷汁材料放大鍋內熬20分鐘; Bring tangerine peel sauce to a boil and simmer for 20 mins;
