[中式食譜] 陳皮汁鴨胸湯飯[1P]

材料    :急凍鴨胸2件、菜心(汆熟)6棵、白飯2碗、清雞湯2杯、水1杯。

陳皮滷汁:水6杯、生抽1/2杯、老抽1/4杯、冰糖1/3杯、靚陳皮1塊、薑4厚片、紹酒2湯匙。

1. 陳皮滷汁材料放大鍋內熬20分鐘; Bring tangerine peel sauce to a boil and simmer for 20 mins;
