In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt downloadtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( ^; b0 U1 A' A/ K
Vienna, Austria got 200+

  L, _; n( v: V/ o# v5.39.217.77:8898KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+
