Meaning only KL area got problem????
before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++" R- q% Y- V9 ~
now only up to 30++ in KL area... 9 H _7 w( R5 E/ X( j- etvb now,tvbnow,bttvbdid lots of setting but still not boost up the speed yet..

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting ; {) I: a, n! g0 P" B4 C5.39.217.77:8898that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT

is tmnet block p2p or bitcomet?& ]' A+ H; i2 G3 B3 C
if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
