Meaning only KL area got problem????
before this my BT can download at 170~ 200++ ; z% n. J: c3 r/ g' v0 F公仔箱論壇now only up to 30++ in KL area... 1 @ m; J6 a! X% C" i1 d% S( _% Pdid lots of setting but still not boost up the speed yet..

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting8 |" ~4 M5 F% T' S& G
that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT

if tmnet block p2p , use xunlei also same what.. any software that support p2p should be affected...
