[甜品] Quiche Lorraine

1  - 9 inch pastry shell

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

2 cups light whipping cream5 \- L  Y5 k1 T2 D$ k2 W5 v$ ?
0.75 teaspoon salt6 X% j( H" ^9 d  D  J! D3 e# W
0.25 teaspoon white sugar, T( C( s* M; C7 F! U! `
0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper6 n. m- P: s5 O# {, t! ^3 y+ j5 ^

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  ^( n) H7 C# f公仔箱論壇2. Place bacon in a large skillet and fry over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then chop coarsely. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion into pastry shell.
/ N: c. l1 I' k( R- k- }0 a6 @公仔箱論壇3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Reduce heat to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. If necessary, cover edge of crust with foil while baking to prevent burning or overbrowning. Allow quiche to sit 10 minutes before serving.
