Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.
+ A& c9 @7 j' E/ \5 H7 d6 v/ V9 [" STVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。The file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!
