Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?
& R% [9 x2 e8 W! c; Q, P& \& z+ Y5.39.217.77:8898I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
