Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ y; S: [. {7 x$ T# g& u; Q
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 _/ S0 R) v/ b$ a, k9 W4 {) C
can get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!

Format wise DIVX is definitely much better. Can quite understand your second question. Surely more pixels will be good for viewing.
