Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.
. Z1 C' {( Z5 @& N( Q! NTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.
5 x' x% `+ x* j7 F* B$ T5.39.217.77:8898But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
1 B+ F2 _; ~2 `It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
9 }+ Y0 k; F" @! x2 S) Ntvb now,tvbnow,bttvbSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software+ v8 f! v9 w2 L! T" _3 }& f
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point5.39.217.77:88988 M% a4 o  i: O) X
4.) Wipe computer
