Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。1 W- o' e$ k: y. M
But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
/ r1 |* Q/ K3 {) M' U5 fIt can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
1 v  @+ J+ s9 X  r! c0 J! vtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
$ K7 a6 |7 g$ l  v公仔箱論壇2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
; G3 v3 {4 o1 `& O3 E) T3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# }2 U3 P. Y! m( b- e+ _/ W& C* \
4.) Wipe computer
