Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.5.39.217.77:8898# c1 K* J9 u- W+ u
Anyone have suggestion?????

But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
/ O; V3 v) m  h/ J' b! ?4 [tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbIt can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!公仔箱論壇* S" s+ R5 g3 y
Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

& v. }% I5 o5 E2 y: d公仔箱論壇1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)* a, `: U7 ?  ?  D
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
8 ^2 z8 }$ p$ N$ W- o% h- {  Z3.) Utilize a previous recovery point5.39.217.77:8898' P/ f, V2 A% f5 v  k( Q
4.) Wipe computer
