BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...1 i9 o3 c+ z2 t# R* U9 [1 x5 ?% e
also speed limit, it has to set to 10 at least.. ~!!!

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒5.39.217.77:88984 ]: [' J6 o  O1 U
特别是拿来做种。。。。。
