無記最抵死係每次收視低, 就賴D觀眾睇唔明, 又話觀眾好難服侍. 呢齣"金枝2"劇本完全唔掂, 成日講來講去, 悶到抽筋, 令好多撐場D觀眾都放棄. - _5 P. [0 X9 Q9 I

The writer has admitted that he intentionally avoid writing similar plot as the earlier series and those like "甄嬛傳". However, apparently most people is hoping to see more of the same, and this new take is like those oscar movie such as "the master" which few people can understand what is going on.
