01. 將芋頭片,隔水蒸熟後,趁熱壓成泥。. Y( O! w4 `5 Z2 V0 U! d& R
02. 將芋泥、幼糖、油及椰漿粉,倒入鍋中,拌均後,以中火拌煮至離鍋成為芋蓉,備用。3 k1 t! q9 K) M/ G) N
03.將豆蓉及芋蓉個別分成10公克,再將2個10公克,推成一個圓圈,放在小茶杯裡,排置在桌上,待用。

Method:
