yea, it is compulsory n very important that an adult has to be around watching when a kid played with the pet. No matter how well trained or friendly a pet is, there is no guarantee accidents will not happened.

9 h: A0 k$ o4 T$ E% D# ibetter be on guard than have regrets. In US an adult guardian around, kids under the age of 12. Parents are liable n obligated for the safety and guardianship of their children n babies. No excuse.
