Download did not run...........ergent!!s.o.s

i have download a lot of file,but suddenly  two of the file did not run anymore.There stop at 2.64GB but the file is actually 3.41GB. Upload is no problem.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。: M- y$ @5 v4 X$ J2 A) M, Q
Can anyone help...anyone have experience?????Please!
