yea d, my yong tau fu, not that i am boastful, but it is really good haha!
i only like tofu and the fu pei,.
But,i don't make it too, take too long time, n too much frying, n too much cleaning.
wishing, waiting for someone to make for me la..but in the rest. i never order
this..so very the greasy n doesn't taste good.

Here cannot get the right fish....In US I make with minced pork and shrimps....
