[甜品] 沙翁

低筋麵粉半斤,雞蛋四個,白糖四兩

1.用四兩開水將半斤麵粉燙熟,將四個雞蛋一一加入拌勻(即加一個攪拌後加第二個)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 |# V0 g( w' u* o, f2 W1 m' O: u
2.將鍋之炸油燒沸,然後把麵粉蛋糊擠成丸子狀一匙匙放入鍋中,用溫火炸熟公仔箱論壇1 _& d4 ^7 e+ H, u
3.另一鍋中燒半鍋滾水,將炸好之沙翁球投入滾中浸一下立即撈出公仔箱論壇  L" s6 s% d5 t0 e& k# t
4.盤入放好白糖,將沙翁盤上搖滾,使其沾滿白糖後,即可食用
