Gosh! Just found for the pass week, there was so much talk on zhong, actually, it should be zong.
You see zhong is for 种, like 一种种; zongzi is 粽子.
I remember when I was young in HK, there were quite a few American teachers at school, and I remember one of them saying learning Cantonese was like learning a song. Mandarin is a bit like that too.

And I worked out all the pingyin all by myself:
kongzhongxiaojie : 空中小姐
kongzhongshaoye: 空中少爷
yizhangrujingka: 一张入境卡
and I've learned both: 写下来 and 螃蟹 both pronounced xie, syl 4. as in xiexialai and pangxie;
but be careful not to get mixed up with 鞋子 & 写字. So damn hard.
