i have try to download the whole chapter for a few days but it still not finish.  the files just stopped on 99.9%  for a few days. very annoying!!!

What u can do is this:

3. Go TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW, u will see Files and Folders, check/tick "ShowTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。  c( p( S, J% r2 F/ m: ]2 J4 O2 Y7 |: g
    hidden files and folders", unchecked/unticked "Hide extensions for known file
) \( j+ e( T& ?1 p7 r0 S+ _) n6 s6 A    types"4 `; }: v6 i) c) j8 t- ?; R
4. Just remove the extensions that appear:  .bc!

it is probably already finish ....try renaming the file example  "something.bc"  just simply take out the .bc file if the file

u can still open the file with the media player classic..download the stormcodec.it should be able to help..
