The Redbone Coonhound is a handsome, robust and strong coonhound. They are happy, even-tempered and very good with children. The Redbone Coonhound needs a firm, but calm, confident, consistent pack leader in order to be mentally stable. Their sizes are from 21-27 inches in height and 50-70 pounds in weights. However, these dogs need a lot of physical exercise. They need to be taken on a daily walk or jog. If you don’t have time to walk with them, it may not be a better choice for being your pet.
