When shop in Taipei, they dont provide plastic bag. Cost 1 - 3 NT depends on the size and thickness of bag. Like supermarket, Ikea, have to pay..tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- Z! k; W0 X6 w9 V
Hawkers, foodstores, and wet market not in this limitation.
