BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

9 s# d1 e1 c7 h1 }: Otvb now,tvbnow,bttvb我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.
4 Q7 B% T8 z& J" q5 E4 K0 S: y; K1 wTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
8 H& O( j+ e6 T; E' s$ r公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
9 \0 [( w4 B* L. l# @: Ktvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
/ U3 ^$ c5 u# F8 }% ]& ]( [. L: O7 s  c  N
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
