BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇& _* T a( u. @$ u4 Q* O3 a0 S$ V
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.# ^& |+ G* L+ k6 l+ _# y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇- B* k! i5 m! p0 k ?5 M' `
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5 U; x( t% N: R
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, g; c& P# j8 m6 M, ^
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.+ J4 }* Z0 ^( Y3 d; x
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇* t; t! R, ]6 c* M ^/ e# H/ s

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
