[中式食譜] 陳皮汁鴨胸湯飯[1P]

Sauce :6 cup Water, 1/2 cup Light soya sauce, 1/4 cup Dark soya sauce, 1/3 cup Rock sugar, 1pc Aged tangerine peel, 4 thick slice Ginger, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine.

1. 陳皮滷汁材料放大鍋內熬20分鐘; Bring tangerine peel sauce to a boil and simmer for 20 mins;8 c1 C% J! P' `" G3 t  y0 n( z! s

2. 鴨胸洗淨,放滷汁內蓋好,以中慢火炆透(約30分鐘),取出切件; Rinse and wipe dry duck breast, add to sauce, cover and simmer until tender (approx 30 mins). Remove and cut into slices;
