U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.公仔箱論壇  X. T( E) B: h0 M

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.- e* r; B. ~& K. M- j

You need to post your utorrent congfig here so we know your settings.5.39.217.77:8898. H' }5 H- Y# d  a9 M8 m' A

And are you using Vista or XP?
