[新聞] Puel ready for Lyon move

Lille's highly rated manager Claude Puel has reportedly been offered the chance to take over at Lyon following the sacking of Alain Perrin, and the French coach has asked his directors to allow him move on.
Manchester United coach Carlos Queiroz has also been approached, as well as Brazilian Wanderlei Luxemburgo and free agent Didier Deschamps, according to the French media.
Former Monaco defender and then manager Puel is still under contract until 2010, but OL boss Jean-Michel Aulas has put his name at the top of his shopping list.
The popular tactician has revealed for the first time that moving to Stade Gerland is a challenge he would love to take on.
“It’s not that I’m unhappy at Lille, to the contrary: I have a very good president, I am sincerely and deeply attached to this club, ” Puel told L’Equipe.
“But for sure I need a new challenge, to regenerate myself.
“I am under contract with LOSC, but I hope my president will understand how I feel.”
Nevertheless, Lille supremo Michel Seydoux does not plan to score a goal against his own camp by sending his coach to Ligue 1 giants Lyon.
“This time again he’s going to stay, I recently told him so,” he said.
“It’s Monsieur Puel who taught me how to make the players respect their contract when [Eric] Abidal and [Efstathios] Tavlaridis though the grass was greener elsewhere.”
