Olympique Lyon have told interested clubs they can land star winger Hatem Ben Arfa for £10 million.Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsenal's Arsene Wenger have both confirmed their interest in Ben Arfa and Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas declared: "He'll leave for £10-15 million.
"This is the market price, given that Arsenal will pay £12 million for Nasri."
