Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.

& p6 W* s% b: N( g9 pSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

Try these steps (in order)

3 W! W' c9 U$ D8 \tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)5 d6 f8 k2 X$ |6 P8 `/ V" y
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
3 h5 L* j4 z8 C/ ?0 |公仔箱論壇3.) Utilize a previous recovery point, _) Q; Y% U$ w% `, P
4.) Wipe computer
