[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread公仔箱論壇2 P9 b9 p( X1 v- v& x( ?. t
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup" E0 [+ l2 V# P$ ~
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。& g# L/ ]. _' N9 `" a7 _
MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice公仔箱論壇7 C8 E* z& N% `+ q/ t" ]! ~
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves& a* Y9 h: R3 H7 n$ m
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- Y0 U  R  c3 \
Freshly ground black pepper5 f1 `, ]7 Q- S
Salt to taste5.39.217.77:8898# q2 R9 f9 M6 D* D2 a0 c* m+ I

Method:
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
