[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup: X6 l" |4 a9 U4 }. Z6 m1 X* F
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 TbspsTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。' M* G$ ^% Z9 w+ p  N
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps8 H- M  ]/ ^9 |+ ]8 @  T  x

Method:tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) v4 K' l  E! R

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces
1 V. ^1 ^( H* ~. \' @
MARINADE:% O: g) j6 R+ d$ `
1/4 c. lemon juice5.39.217.77:88981 q* {- \3 p- N; Q& O9 E4 G5 y
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemary

Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to tastetvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 C4 g3 l) m2 o# }

Method:公仔箱論壇3 V0 i2 a' K. z: h0 o. v
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
