[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cupTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。, \/ J6 Y( l: t( a; m" ?1 d
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps5.39.217.77:88983 L  Z% f* q) l" l8 r
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps5.39.217.77:8898- `$ ~+ @3 G, O! p- C
& _' r/ [3 D2 y7 s6 Y6 V$ u
Method:5.39.217.77:8898* b8 {7 ^: n/ ~

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice2 n, R( ?: v, m- i
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves$ |: A  o3 i) j) w  `
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)公仔箱論壇: n& Z+ Y0 w; ]% S
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste) V7 R* [0 a( X. H0 O& E

Method:
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
