[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread公仔箱論壇/ [# P( v, o% m. ~/ {! M2 B2 z
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup公仔箱論壇# J6 M- f# o- L% p3 V
3/  Fresh Garlic - 2 Tbsps
4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ \/ |; h0 b2 B) n
MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves5.39.217.77:8898$ x8 h4 ]  v; e) U  U
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 Tbsps butter (pat over chicken before oven)2 x+ {8 u) Z3 {* Y3 A; u/ {7 @3 q
Freshly ground black pepper

Method:5.39.217.77:88987 ]0 o/ m" Y9 z  C( G
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.

i tried this be4, so tasted~and easy to make...better than the one serves in the restaurant..haha
