[美食介紹] Bread Garlic Toast

1/  French Stick or other bread- W) f* j8 ^+ U. i
2/  Margarine or butter - 1/4 cup! G- o) `( n7 s5 o( S/ g% x

4/  Oil - 2 tbsps

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

1/  8 pieces chicken breast halves or chicken pieces

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp. dried rosemarytvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ g8 J% p+ Z7 X+ p% z+ W" @

Salt to taste! N& g7 l5 @; I7 B6 N  A' [

Method:
Skin the chicken.  Pour the marinade over the chicken.  Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
