LG Notebook Reboot Problem

買個時個sales 話如想reboot 部LG Notebook 就禁"F11" 就會自動reboot, 但當禁完之後就出現以下情況:

Ｗindows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the porblem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language setting, and then click "Next".
3. Click " Repair your computer"

但部機冇碟機又冇window 7 碟，　咁點算先可以reboot 呀？？？？？？
