I'll choice Nikon P310 (C$230. Canon S110 C$330)
It is C$100 cheaper than Canon.
C$100 in point and shot camera is a big difference.
If I don't have to choose from this two cameras. (may be price is the consideration)
Say C$400 camera. I will buy the Nikon 1 J1. (Mirrorless camera DSLR)
