[Windows] windows can't find the DVD drive

when i right click the property of my dvd drive, under the General tab, it states

Device status
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)



how can this problem be solved as i can't use the dvd drive?

First try to scan disk: select system disk restart to scan:

If problem still there, try remove the device in device manager then restart your pc:

Device manager->Remove DVD-ROM->Restart Windows
