Harbin Ice and Snow festival: Would you brave subzero temperatures to see this icy village? 5 B$ x' A$ F9 J, Qtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTake a tour of this fantasyland of ice and snow in China. The International Harbin Ice and Snow Festival features sculptures stored at frigid temperatures. From doorways ..to steps, every detail is constructed with ice. The festival is held in China's northern Heilongjiant province, if you ever wanted to take the trip. The icy and dramatic sites, attract visitors from around the world. Visitors must braved subzero temperatures if they want to relish the beauty of the sculptures.
