I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 I' Q7 Y9 g# Q( N8 }- Z/ n$ W
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps6 k, p  Y& D4 w3 q

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s

but u dont share and upload at the same tiime,
