I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morning

i use winxp is real very fast my friend behind me same too

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

i believe that thunder can reach 4mb/s tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 ?  t: _. N  y; e. _2 R
however, there is some problem with thunder& t2 J3 ~7 r2 a% y7 y( D* A9 {, q
for BT

but mainly there is a very limit uploading speed for thunder user
