the reason is tmnut block p2p + V1 C% W2 V* w3 v公仔箱論壇if u dl torrent file using bitcomet will be less than 10 kbps ...for me : u% a9 J+ H R) u. L; ~try use xunlei ....fast but slow down ur browsing speed cause eat lots of bandwidth
