Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.. x, L6 ?! `% q- c+ J! h
Anyone have suggestion?????

But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 |5 A0 W1 G2 }/ O7 A: e& x
It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
4 k% D' Y3 `6 k2 d( d( vtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbSomeone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
. n4 b( f* \+ e) s5.39.217.772.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
9 ^5 e4 G9 Q5 \2 {. `# d. L: l& _3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。' u+ n3 Q+ h+ k' t
4.) Wipe computer
