Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

; Q% |0 c& K2 ^0 R公仔箱論壇But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
! T' Z* Z) x6 b1 O/ L" c* n/ B公仔箱論壇It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!
: V, [& u3 r/ F+ N3 g, R7 Y公仔箱論壇Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

4 s- y1 d7 `. w( m4 y公仔箱論壇1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 Y  _1 G% X: @& `9 u
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
3 G6 }; N5 ?$ O, ?! K8 p$ l3.) Utilize a previous recovery point
$ q, W; i+ T: N2 b$ c5.39.217.774.) Wipe computer
