In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download7 v* V& H0 N; V% M9 z) k( J% t" ?3 m
Vienna, Austria got 200+5.39.217.77  c. a8 q3 U7 p: N- q) F3 G/ f2 \

4 v4 _4 X) }5 XKL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+
