[冷知識分享] 有毒~不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽..........

今天在電台節目中,聽到烹飪老師說;
: v  V# g3 v1 U( {5.39.217.77炒蛋或蒸蛋時,不可先在蛋汁中加入鹽,因為鹽與蛋中乳酸菌結合會產生『氯』,有毒,

(沒錯,我蒸蛋時有發現!)那就是化學變化產生氯...
