Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。# A+ W. x2 v6 ^/ B
Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.5.39.217.77, }4 ]( E( I2 n7 i' ]
But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
& O6 ~) C: i3 O4 ~/ K2 ?0 [' w, l2 E. }It can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!

Try these steps (in order)

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)
  W  j! y- {8 X2 P5 ktvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning softwaretvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ d4 c% P% Q. l  C
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point8 g7 K/ x& K% Q5 x. M) k' ]
4.) Wipe computer
