Help! How to balance the download speed from other people?

I am sharing the cable line with my roomate, but I found that his download speed is way faster than mine when we are downloading at the same time. We use the same BT version (0.84) , such as his speed is 94k and mine will be 11k. How to take the balance back? Thanks a lot!!!!!

Change the setting of the connection upload rate or other things. The download speed depends on the amount of seeds and the speed of the torrents. % r: I6 t1 V8 z# Y
You can also try using another bt client like utorrent.
