BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.77/ V- ?# ]9 ?) j  Z+ B* d* A
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.771 ^5 u% u, H' r7 O
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.
