BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇0 ^9 }! M1 E# z6 F9 j! W1 i7 v
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。  y  \6 e9 L, f  O
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
( v) G- F7 Q" W+ v. w2 Y# b2) not many people are down loading the same topic./ ^% @7 \; G& L, w
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.公仔箱論壇+ W1 @$ l# O! q6 }' H
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 _, q* t/ g, D0 M2 n8 G
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ; ?8 x( w' c5 {4 D
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# U/ a+ P+ r" Z5 s2 C4 h% B! N; t
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
